Three dashboards became one, and analysis time dropped 45%. EVM, Solana and SUI activity normalised into a single surface backing strategies that moved $2M+.
The problem
The desk was running one dashboard per chain. Three sets of semantics, three refresh cadences, three definitions of what a "position" was. Every cross-chain question became manual reconciliation, and the reconciliation was where the mistakes lived.
The approach
The hard part is not reading three chains. It's agreeing on what the rows mean.
- A normalisation layer that maps EVM, Solana and SUI primitives onto one internal model — so a position is a position regardless of where it sits
- Per-chain indexers behind a shared interface, letting each chain's quirks stay contained instead of leaking into the UI
- A single real-time surface, with the per-chain view kept available for when the detail actually matters
Results
- 3 dashboards consolidated into 1
- 45% less analysis time on routine cross-chain questions
- Analytics supporting strategies across 5+ chains, influencing $2M+ in deployments
What it demonstrates
Consolidation reads like a UI project and is really a data-modelling one. Once the three chains shared a vocabulary, the interface was the easy part — and the reconciliation errors stopped because there was nothing left to reconcile.
